We here at Skylord Travel wanted to keep all our customers updated with the current situation, here at Skylord Travel.
In line with government recommendations we closed our UK shops last week and wherever possible have our team working from home.
We also had to close our call center in India, but most of the team there is also working from home and able to access our systems remotely. This includes email, phones and booking systems.
To help with calls getting answered we have removed internal call groups on our phone number 020 8582 1188, this number will now ring on all extensions throughout Skylord Travel.
If you do call and we are unable to answer, please email us and someone will contact you. We have set up the email cov19@skylordtravel.com to handle any queries related to the ongoing situation.
Please be patient with the team as they help with your queries, in many cases we have to wait for an airline response before we can action something.
We would request you to prioritise your queries for passengers travelling soon in the next 7 days so we can work on them systemically.
