Singapore Airlines: Trial of Electronic Arrival Cards into Singapore

Dear Trade Partner,

Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will be launching a trial for the Electronic Arrival Card (EAC) commencing 4th October for a period of three months.

1. This will replace the paper-based disembarkation/embarkation card that foreign visitors are currently required to submit on arrival into Singapore.

2. The trial will not affect Singaporeans, permanent residents (PRs) and long-term pass holders (such as students and workers) returning to Singapore, as they do not need to submit any disembarkation./embarkation card.

3. The EAC trial will be conducted on-site in the Arrival Immigration halls of Changi Airport

4. Physical disembarkation/embarkation cards are still available on board.
